The images in this quilt come from two of my foam block prints that are based
on a figure that is suppporting a large bird puppet (perhaps longing to fly?).
I gave the figures flight and worked with a night palette and iridescent fish.
I enjoyed the mystery involved and attempting to balance the values and color
intensity.
